Sales, returns and refunds

We operate what we think is a fair and simple set of terms and conditions. They are in place to protect both you and us. We have worded it plainly and simply and in an uncomplicated way as seems to be the way with some companies so we all know where we stand. Please contact us before purchasing products if you have any concerns or questions, we genuinely want you to be happy with both the product and our service.

Products will be posted once payment is received in full.

We offer a 30 days refund policy. This is 30 days from when you purchase the product. We consider this long enough to determine whether the products are to your satisfaction. Always inspect your product thoroughly.

You must notify us by email of your intention to return products within 30 days and the goods must be returned immediately after your notification.

We will not refund or exchange if reports come to us after 30 days whatever the reason for doing so.

Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. A refund or exchange of product will then be offered.

Any returned products must be unused and in the condition in which sent to you with all / any packaging and any tags.

Products will be returned to you if considered to have simply been used.Do not cheat !

Refunds are given on the cost of the product. We will not refund the postage cost.

Refunds will be issued immediately after we receive the product and will be returned in the same way it was paid for, i.e. if you pay using Paypal we will refund you via Paypal.

Returning postage is at your expense. We recommend recorded delivery in case parcel goes missing then you can make a claim to Royal mail. The claim is your responsibility not ours.

We will not issue a refund if returning parcel 'gets lost' however you send it.

We do not offer refunds on made to order (bespoke) products. Please check the information you supply is correct.


We usually send products out in two days after payment has been received. If sunday or a bank holiday is in the way we will send out the day after. We will email you when goods are posted and supply a tracking number if using recorded delivery.

If paying with card through Google or Paypal we will only post to the address to which the card is registered.

All products are sent out using recorded delivery or a certificate of posting. We recommend recorded always, we will only refund or replace missing products after two weeks if sent with a certificate of posting. As we all know parcels can go missing for weeks before arriving when sent with Royal mail. The item must be considered officially lost by Royal mail before an exchange or refund is given.

We quote 8 weeks on bespoke products.

Please order your products in plenty of time for your event. Whilst we will always try our best to get products to you we will not be held responsible for items not arriving on time. We will not issue refunds on that basis.

We are in this game to supply good quality products at good prices and to make friends. Some of the terms above were hard to write as we do not want to think of being in conflict with people. We think the above terms are fair. By purchasing products from us you are agreeing to the above terms of trading.
